I gave away a Trane dvd (dagnabbit won the trivia contest) and came home to find a new Trane dvd in my mailbox. Words can't descibe it. :D
If the camera was any closer it would be in his nostril. :!:
A great short study in his musical evolution. And study in his embouchure, finger technique, equipment etc

buy or preview at

Sounds interesting. Wasn't he already pretty well evolved by 1960 though? I'd be even more interested in the DVD showing his evolution from 1946-1959.

Maybe I can get a grant to work that up!

I'll be needing this! Earl Bostic Land, here I come!

it's not much, but it wasn't much of a grant. . . .:(

Whatever floats your boat. Old TV is old TV, no matter what size your set, or the resolution. (mine's only 42). I can also plug my computer into my screen, and expand the image. Never needed to do that.

What use is the surround sound? It wasn't recorded that way.
