All 10M's from around '62 onward have that neck.

If you were referring to the price ? Pretty good price...guy suggests it plays but might need some adjustments...one of these late 10M's in play shape no significant body damage goes for around $1200-1500 these days.

Looks a lot like my 1957 version except for the underslung octave key. Same double layered neck tenon thingy.
