I am considering buying this beast yet... The coat looks too light shaded for me. Is this oryginal?

1) Possibly relacquered
2) Star must be white color (white metal)
The tint of the lacquer against a red background will always look paler on a digital camera but as @Sigmund451 said, those pictures are inadequate for answering your question.
Almost certainly a relacquer

Could be original. They used a lighter lacquer in the late models. I would have to see better pictures, at least in focus.
It is definitely a relacquered horn and a "well" buffed one at that. Here are some pics of a similarly engraved original lacquer Magna (not the best photos but it should help): https://photos.app.goo.gl/anWWULYZa3xmVFbQ9

How does it play? Are they asking “original lacquer, collectible” prices?

I’d be more concerned with the condition of the mechanism and body.

If they are pricing it as a collectible, then ask yourself whether you are willing to risk paying premium prices for something you are unsure about. FWIW, that’s called gambling.
I wouldn’t risk paying collector prices without holding it in my hands.
What do you guys think should be a fair collector price?

Sorry guys. I am a discussion starter. Because of some reason, I had to log in from a new login (as Michał) but now I am back with my old login. Anyhow these are more detailed pictures. What do you think?

Im still saying yes. Especially since it looks two tone. Like they did a relaq on the body but not keys.

With these pics we can definitely say that it is likely a saxophone.

My extremely informed opinion values this relacquered Martin Magna Tenor somewhere between $0 and $25,000 (usd). I base my exquisite opinion on years and years of scholarly research of beaten to **** Martins.
I saw another late one with the lighter-tint lacquer, and the difference was the engraving. The Martin was one of the many horns that was engraved after lacquering so that polishing would not ruin it. That engraving almost always harbors some tarnish that really makes it stand out. The horn you pictured probably is re-lacquered mainly because the lacquer looks lacquered-over.
Yes, and Martin engraving is generally deep and because of what is said by 1saxman, it generally has pretty edges that are visually strong and a rough to the touch.
I found this sax on Polish online market place. There is only one Martin Magna for sale in the country so it was easy. The asking price is 9000 PLN which is about 2140 USD.
