I found this on Ebay. Vintage "The Martin Imperial" Tenor Saxophone. The serial number seems to be to high. Anyone know how high the serial numbers went before they quit making them?

Thats a late imperial , possibly RMC version, inter or student horn but far better then the crap around today

hey, that looks a lot like my Martin, but it's in much better condition and has nickel keywork, and it says Imperial (not Indiana.)

That one is from the late 60s and is one of the final Martins. I have the exact same alto and it is better than most student horns but not "the Martin".
