I recently bought an old alto engraved Chas E Foote and took it to Allegro, Oxford for a second opinion. They thought it might be a Conn stencil from the 1920s but were unsure. Does anyone know what this is and if it is worth spending any money on a repad etc?
Thanks
Mark
