Have you measured the tip opening?

Yamaha says a tenor 5C has a .071 tip.

If you compare the numbers given by the various companies, it might help you figure out who made it ...

A Yanagisawa 5 tenor is .076 while a Rico 5 is .101, according to the jody jazz tenor chart, for example ...

Speculation on what it may be can take you anywhere but is to worth speculating?

It may be a wagner piece.

I'm Pretty sure Its a Wagner slimline 5 tenor sax mouthpiece, Hard rubber piece and worth around 50-70 dollars US

Definitely not a 5c or any kind of Yamaha piece.
