Most likely a relaq if the picture color is right. The color is too light. It is a good relaq, if it indeed is a relaq.
A 70 year old Martin doesn't usually look that good.
My experience is that the laq on these horns is a lot like old Buescher laq....it tends to look pretty bad as time goes on.
