Someone has a sense of humor putting the mouthpiece on upside down. LOL. That is a snappy looking case! Nice photos.

No, it is not a King Zephir, nor the seller says it is, he or she says it is a Zephir brand saxophone (not a king zephir which looks completely different) which means a overpriced Chinese or at Best Taiwanese Horn, nothing wrong with it if it would cost you less than 200 euro, beware. I've done my bit make up your mind yourself.

I wasn't planning on buying it.
Just was curious if this seller was stupid. (considering the mp is upside down)
Never heard of the brand zephir.

you can always tell kings by the unique pad cup shape... kind of like a flattened cone. It's also way too modern looking to be a zephyr.

Milandro is right. A Zehyr is dintinguished from other horns with its bacolny-shaped key guards around the low C, B, and Bb - not ones over them as you see in most horns.
