Not many bassists in elementary orchestra. I think Ibanez is a decent brand name. My daughter (6th grade)is tall(5'2")w/ bigger hands. James Grondin(wwbw.com) asked her height and hand size. He said it should work well w/ her. I ordered it!!!

Maybe I should run it thru my stereo pair of Definetive technology PF-1500 powered subwoofers(15" cone/250 watt amp;acoustic suspension) in my hi end hi fi system. Just kidding!!!But maybe it would work!!!LOL
