I'm not sure of the physical dimensions of the Yani alto, but I use a Sakshama Custom Z tenor, which is a fairly slim piece and I have a Rico H lig for soprano that fits very well. So, I would think that a tenor H lig might fit your Yani. Just a guess, though...

I just tried fitting a soprano H ligature marked D'Addario HSS1 on a metal Yani 9 alto and it is too big.
I believe that the ligature that I tried is this model:

I don't know if it will help with the search but Rovner's website has a ligature sizing guide:

They have the metal Yani alto on it. I wonder if a retailer that sells Rovner and H-ligs could cross reference it for you. Best of luck with the search!

The H-ligatures designed for metal pieces may work. HAS2S (silver) and HAS2G (gold). Both of these fit a Jody Jazz DV and Super Jet. If the yani is similar, it should fit as well. The 1's in the name are for hard rubber, bulkier pieces, whereas the 2's are for metal.

Does anyone know if the Yani has similar dimensions to a DV or Super Jet?
