I agree with Gary. From you post, it seems you're not very experienced with determining the quality of a saxophone, and getting someone who is to test play it is the best way to get an answer to your question. Also, as Gary indicated, sax models others consider inferior for whatever reasons, often turn out to be excellent players that fulfill an individual's playing needs, while poorly regulated higher end saxes that might have repair issues could be terrible players.
Whether or not the 24M is a good sax is really up to you and your personal requirements, not what others think, or say. If you enjoy playing the horn and it's working for you without any difficulty, that's a good horn. If you're not satisfied with the sound, or ease-of-playability, get a knowledgeable player to try it and share their impressions with you.
