Is it just me, or is it a lot easier to play more clear low notes on the Bari than on tenor or alto, etc. Really the only Bari's I have ever played that I have most experience with are Yamahas, which might mean something about their intonation, but I played an S-80 that was horrible. I can play classical a lot better on Baritone because I have a lot better intonation.

Just you. My range in generally equally accessible on all my horns in the bottom, clear and in tune!

My guess is your experience is probably related to playing a horn that seals well and is in good adjustment rather than the length of tube you are blowing through.
