Interesting USN engraving on old New Wonder Bari

Having one of these horns myself, I'm always on the lookout for the more interesting examples. Here's an auction for one with some very nice U.S. Navy engraving. This is no endorsement of course (the Buy it Now is rather optimistic), but only passed along for entertainment purposes.

This horn was on ebay a few months ago I believe. I think $400 is more likely. Cool engraving though!

nice to see it, my Bruno stencil of a Conn is not very different from this horn ( apart from the engraving and pearls), I really think that the seller is very optimistic but, hey, this oldtimers don't grow on trees and if that is what you need to make your collection complete....
