I've seen a few "Insane Engraving" horns in my day. This is the "Pre-1930, gold plated, artist engraved" part of my collection, plus some other engraving rarities like the original photo of Charles "Doc" Stenberg and a one-of-a-kind artist model engraved 2-piece flute.
I admit the engraving is spectacular. But what's really insane is to price this horn, leaks and all, at least 14x what it's worth as a saxophone (rather than an art project), or that anyone would pay such a price.
