If you would like to sell something on the marketplace here. Here is some advice that may help you.
Let people know you.
Deals happen across the world everyday, or close to it. Most times we never meet the person we are selling a horn to. All we have to go off of is trust. And that takes awhile to earn. So post for awhile and then sell something.
Price.
If the price is high, expect people to tell you that. Don't take it personally. If you want to sell something, price it to sell. If you do it, then it will sell quickly.
Pictures
You need to post pictures of the horn, it goes back to trust. Dents, anything major that may affect the sale need to be shown.

Did I miss anything?

Make sure what you are selling is something that another person will want.

Anybody want 100 used reeds for 5 cents plus shipping and handling?

Indicate trade possibilities-

Carl, I've got some used felt bumpers and key corks that I'll trade for your reeds. I may be convinced to throw in a broken spring I've got.
