Twitch I think is really cool. If I get bored or have to do something non practicing I'll turn on a twitch hour of my teacher (Joanne Just another fluttest) practicing. She has I think 40 thousand followers on her You Tube Channel and she posts regularly on both formats. She has a masters of performance degree but she really doesn't promote herself as anything but Just Another Flutest.I think her routine is great (Ive been a private Skype student of hers for a year) and her tone, time, and knowledge of study materials are great. But dont believe me. You can watch her practice for no cost to you K

If don't do the video format she is about the Trevor wye books and has me doing harmonic exercises as a warm up. Long tones on either low, mid or high range of horn, the Machivalien exercises to warm up third fingers, then T and G or other tech books, then anderson or Berberger etudes and on my own Im doing lots of chord tone arpeggiation on songs I want to memorize for flute performance. K
