Interesting - that one is from a later horn, like maybe an RMC 1962, judging by the octave rocker stop adjuster on the side. Could also be a Magna. It appears to me that it was never finished for use on a horn. Obviously missing the octave key and other parts but looks like a completely unused neck.

The lack of octave key brings its value way down...it's not like a generic octave key would work on that neck, so one would either have to find a machinist or shop to make a replica, or at least something which works with the key saddle....or remove the saddle and replace it with a conventional one...

also no thumb screw....not a huge deal but again, a replacement would need to be made or found...
