Identify this tenor Neck

that looks pulled down to me and like someone tried to pull it up so the cork points further up,
it is from a zephyr, because the piece of octave key coming from the pad cup splits in two to join the ring but it does look dodgy to me, or is it just how the light reflects off the brass

No doubt it's a King or King stencil neck, the neck angle and pip are give-aways.
