does anyone know how this technique is accomplished on the sax:

the little wobble thing he does....how is that done?

I think they call it the "Sax Laugh." Someone on here has a tutorial on his website. Finger Eb without the G key and you're supposed to be able to jump the partial with embouchure manipulation.
