So this past weekend, I was in a band opening up for Najee. We had a great set, but Najee was amazing. After his show, I stopped by to tell him how much I enjoyed his music, and he invited me up to play with him for his encore. Here's the Youtube link to the encore. I'm still floating from meeting him. I just played my lil heart out, and I had a blast!

Najee was a class act! He was really friendly, and he puts on a great show. It's a great mix of substance and soul! Enjoy, SOTW family!

Me too! Najee came to Miami tonight to help raise funds for cancer treatment for my friend Melton Mustafa. We got to play together briefly and Najee was a gracious, generous cat with big chops!
