I have a tenor hr berg larson mp that I would like to know a little more about.
It has the slant sig on the back and the numbers on it are 110 S.S. over 3.
I understand it is a vintage piece I would like to know what era it came from and what the S.S. means.

Wersax thanks for the link.
It looks much like the very vintage duckbill on Theo's site.
However the table ends in square at the shank not the diamond shape as shown.
Any idea on what the S.S. marking stands for?

It's probably "SMS" with the "M" rubbed out.

No it is S.S. nothing rubbed out at all. I will get some pictures soon.

Thanks again for help in the ID of this piece. I am trying to determine just how vintage this might be and possibly a value towards trading for something else.
