I want to post a sound clip of Charlie Rouse. How do I do that? Is there a program that does for sound clips what Picasa does for pictures?

Youtube is beyond me, apparently, after about four attempts.

I've tried Soundcloud but the music is copyrighted and they have a protection feature, which is good, but I only want to post the clip for a couple days.

No, you won't be able to upload audiofiles to the forum.

And all the main audio hosting sites won't allow copyright clips, for obvious reasons. The only realistic option is to make a video and post on Youtube, who may have some kind of blanket licence agreement with some companies (I think) for copyrights.

After all the rigmarole all I wanted to is if anyone knows what set-up Charlie Rouse is using on Monk's Time.

It was recorded in January to March 1964 in NYC. It's on Columbia now, but I don't know if that was the original label.
