Sounds like a controlled squeak. It's not altissimo because I know this sax player personally and he doesn't know any of it. He says it's hard to describe but he said he shoves more of his mouthpiece in his mouth and blows hard. I couldn't get it to work but I'm hoping that maybe someone here can explain it better.
