Just watched the first half (the rest later). Amazing stuff. I think he's beyond most humans.

Buy Steve Neff Mastering Diantonic patterns and sight read a page a day or many times a day . thats helped me alot. K

Also he describes something I do with students. We practice reading the measures faster than we can play them but just get the eyes used to being a measure or so ahead. Good advice. Back in college I was hired because I could read well. Now I practice music I read but seldom perform off of writen music . all memorized K
