How much is a good offer on a good used student model--antigua winds soprano?
Ebay I presume?

It really depends on the model.

Generally the older ones dont go for much more than 300, and the current two neck Yani copies are 500+, up into the 800s sometimes.

I saw an Antigua 582 sell this week on eBay for $372.87. Here's the link:

Generally, they bring quite a bit more. Back when I was looking for one, I saw some bring seven and eight hundred. The older ones bring less. Make sure you get one with a YS serial number. These are supposed to be better made than the older ones. I paid about $650 for my very nice 590 from a member here on SOTW. It is in perfect condition and I feel it is worth every penny.

My advice from a personal experience standpoint is no matter how much they might want for an "older" model AW soprano (one with the old style Mk VI left hand palm keys), don't waste your money. The newer ones; however, have pretty much nothing but good reviews and command the better money. If you're thinking about buying a used one, check Dave Kessler's prices on a new one first.
