Does anyone know, or know where I can find how much this sax is worth (in British Pounds preferreably)?

It's a common student horn for which an alto might go for around $200 US dollars on Ebay. A tenor would be worth a bit more.

Check completed listings on eBay UK; they're not that common in the UK admittedly, but do come up from time to time. Also try searching on Don Mackrill's website to find retail prices.
