Hi,
learning about Alexander Technique the last weeks and beeing fascinated I would like to start a thread (if it has not already been started somewhere else) where we could put some thoughts together how we use modern technique in our daily practice.
For instance:
I am using my iPad's camera on my music stand in reverse mode to watch closely what I am doing when I start to play (bringing the sax into position, inserting the MPC and so on...) and while I am playing.
I also use a tablet computer when I am on holiday to keep at least a 40 minutes practice routine in my car :bluewink:
Or, mererly playing against a tuner drone, using a sequencer (hard or software) and so on.
Or maybe listening to podcasts while jogging
Thanks for your input,
Mugger

It's interesting to see how much you benefit from it, isn't there a risk of getting distracted?
