How Can I Get a Non-Destructive Front "F" on my Conn "Tranny" 12M?

How do you make a non destructive front "F" for a Conn tranny 12M? I've seen Bootman refer to it but haven't seen pics or read an explanation of how to make or install one. I know a lot of folks don't feel the need but I would very much like to have one so long as it is "reversible" or "non destructive". :cool:
