It ain't what the talking dog has to say, it's the fact that he can talk.:cool:

If you want to hear someone play CB sax, listen to Braxton with Muhal Richard Abrams. They SMOKE on Dolphy's Miss Ann.

As Samuel Johnson originally put it: It's not that the thing is done well, it's that it is done at all.

Not in the league with Braxton but still an interesting player, Scott Robinson plays the contrabass (and other rare members of the sax family) on his album Thinking Big: worth a listen if you're into hearing these beasties (I am!:D ).

I think the young man did a great job of playing that "Beast" C'mon....admit it....especially us older guys...if we hit a low Bb on that monster it would rattle our bridge work out. Kudos to the kid.
