I can hit a4 (3 octaves above the staff) and can sometimes bend it up to c5, I use the fingering for low Bb and play it as overtones. Top tones for saxophone and a tuner is a must have for altissimo study.

ok i want to kno what my fellow tenor saxes have been able to hit.
the highest note i hav found is a c4 i believe......maybe higher so what have you hit?
