Recently my high notes(B3 and up) have been extremely out of tune, about 30-40 cents sharp. Usually I play very slightly(5 cents) flat in the high register. What could have caused this? I did switch mouthpieces, could that have caused it?

The mouthpiece change could definitely be the culprit. Are you using the same reeds? What piece are you using, and what were you using before?

Also, the lower register warbles regardless of the mouthpiece. Another soprano I played didn't have that problem. Perhaps a leak?

Some sopranos have "warbling" or "motorboating" tendencies. Usually just takes matching the right mouthpiece, and some practice, to be rid of it.
