Do any of you know a reliable way of getting high E and F out of older baris that are only keyed up to Eb? So far, the only way I have been able to play these notes is to come down from higher notes, barely able to hold them, especially the E.

I am able to play them as overtones from the middle range E and F fingerings, but not reliably. The sax is a pre-1910 Evette and Schaeffer Buffet (Carl Fischer) with dual octave keys. It isn't very easy to play, due to clunky keywork, but has a huge sound :)
