Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping I can find a little help here. I don't play sax, or any other wind instrument. However, my grandfather played about anything with a mouthpiece. I'm a guitar player (please don't hold it against me) but I was the only musician in the family when he passed away, so I inherited his instruments.

My mother is guessing these might be from the 1920's. They're Conn and I have a sax and a couple other pieces, as well.

Does anyone have an idea where I could find out what they're worth? I've kept them for many years but feel, as I would about any instrument, that they'd be better off being played than in cases under a bed in the spare bedroom.

Any help you might be able to give is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Greg

Thanks, semipro, I fixed the spelling error. I'll give saxpics a try.

Vintage guitars are crazy expensive but I have no clue about sax's, etc.

Is Conn a respected name?

I appreciate the welcome and will let you know how things turn out.
