I bought this flute a while ago but found out it would take to much time to learn how to play it... I'd like to sell it now but don't know anything about it except that it's supposed to be from Vietnam.

Could anyone help me on this? How much could it be worth and where could I sell it?

Each Asian country has some variation on a simple bamboo flute. I've never seen this particular kind, but generally such instruments are not valued at more than a couple of dollars, unless made by a known artisan.

Hi kymarto, I hoped you'd chime in, thanks for your response.

So I guess I'll just keep it around maybe hang it on the wall.

I don't see an embouchure hole. Is it a fipple flute, like a recorder--do you hold it vertically and blow thru the top end?
