These came in 2 varieties, Buescher or Martin. I have had them both ways and the keywork is very similar. This one looks pretty beat up and there has been a lot of work done at the Eb tone hole and can be a problem as the holes are soldered on. I can also see that the past holding the "rug beater" is pushed in too. The pads don't look too bad and the addition of key risers may indicate that it has been a player for someone.
As to value, I couldn't sell this one (in good adjustment) for more than about $250. I sell nice working real Martins for about $600 for reference. Although I can't get the photos enlarged (on dial up tonight) it does appear to have Martin soldered tone holes.
