That is a Martin because of the "V" shape guard. The one I posted does not have the "V".well despite the low B Bb guard being different the F# guard is really that one

No. The one on this picture from Getasax is a Selmer. Martin wasn't the only one with a V shaped guard. That is a Martin because of the "V" shape guard. The one I posted does not have the "V".
That looks to be a Selmer New Large Bore. It doesn't have the reinforced neck receiver found on later Selmer Super saxes (Cigar Cutter etc...).Ok, I was able to find a picture (it is really hard to find a good one).
What sax is that?, I think that's a Selmer logo.
I am confused. Are you sure all Cigar Cutters have that V shaped guard?I found this picture.
It is clearly an early Selmer. It can be a Selmer modele 26, largebore or an early SSS. Hard to tell for sure based on these pictures.
It's not a Cigar Cutter though, due to the fact it's lacking the V shaped Bb B key guard. The earlier Selmers did have the straight keyguard though.
It has Noyek/Maestro/Hollywood resonators (different producers with different names).
There is a "klangbogen" by Reedgeek (which doesnt make any difference).
A couple of springs are replaced with rubber bandsSeems to be quite a few band aids on this sax actually...:bluewink:
A Berg piece.

Here is a picture of a Cigar Cutter for sale in Reverb. No V Guard.
