[Achilles Isotope]

I just found this photo in a car that I was selling. I have no idea how it got there or how long it was in there. It is a real photograph, not a piece of paper with a picture printed on it BTW.

It looks like it is some sort of military saxophone band, maybe in the tropics or desert.

I've seen this photo before, but of course can't remember where. I think the locale is Panama.
