Doesn't look at all like any Conn I've seen. Are you sure it is? It's certainly not an American made Conn.
edit: after checking a bit it looks like its a Conn Director model 50M, AKA "shooting stars" probably a Mexico horn. I've never bothered to give these a close look so was unfamiliar with that left side view.
