Maybe I'm off base here, but it doesn't really sound like a "quote" to me...it just sounds like good improvising.

do you mean 5:04? at 5:00 the drums are playing. (and I don't recognize any melody at 5:04.)

I'm not hearing a quote of any sort either although the last 8 bars are pretty much the same, harmonically, as the tune "All of Me".
