Thats a fun groove! What a good group too, awesome that you could do this. Great playing for everyone, especially liked your solo!

Yeh Dave. Great playing. Fabulous solo. I’m always reminded of Dick Oatts every time I hear you play. The articulation is so cool. Excellent arrangement too. May I just ask one question? The trumpet player is excellent too, my question being am I seeing a no pressure embouchure there? Looks like a stress free technique. No lead trumpet hernia’s there. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Kind regards, Alex

Man, I love that tune. Well done. That's a really nice group.

Mulgrew is one of the very greatest of all time.... I was hoping to take a lesson with him while I was living in NYC but he passed away right after I moved there, I was reasonably crushed. What an utterly beautiful musician!

Much appreciated! I am lucky in that I got to hang with and study from Mulgrew for my entire time at William Paterson. Learned so much from talking and playing with him- such an amazing person!
