I'm nowhere the player Greg Hawkins is (holy cow does he sound great!), but I am loving the Black Widow in Ultrem I got a few weeks ago! So versatile and keeps a lot of "meat" in the tone going even when pushing it hard. Excellent up and down the scale -- great projection without getting shrill. And still feel good about the tone when backing off for the softer stuff. Really having fun with it!

I always say that it doesn’t matter what level the player is at, because all that matters is that the player is having fun with the mouthpiece. Players are going crazy for the combination of the Gen ll updates in the hard rubber and Ultem. (not to mention the $299 Ultem price tag!).
So glad everyone is having fun with these.
