Just finished an overhaul on this beauty and the pictures came out too good not to share here.

High F# on this one. Gold plated.

Plays very well- effortless and huge, like these should. Used metal dome resos, which is my favorite for these horns.

Very nice horn that. I'm assuming the gold plating was aftermarket and to get a finish like that would require some very 'sympathetic' buffing! Only assuming--- dont jump on me if I'm wrong!

Nope, all original, really good shape.

Hand cleaned and polished with dry cloth only. No polishing compound of any type came near this beauty. I worked on it with nitrile gloves on and kept it meticulously clean after washing and hand-polishing (my habit with plated horns). Even playtested with gloves on. Will be headed back to its owner without a single fingerprint!

I don't actually own a buffer. :shock:
