I'm starting my Masters next semester at Webster where I teach. I'm really looking forward to having someone to push me. I'll also get a bump up on the public school pay scale when I'm done.

That bump in pay is a good reason to get a masters. You also have a shot at more non-tenure track (lecturer, instructor) positions at universities.
