I'm curious as to what this means more specifically , be great to hear from anyone who knows first hand .

He also wanted to make sure your simply not tonguing too heavily. He felt he tongued too heavily when he was a more youthful player, and he has had a many students over the years tonguing too heavily. It helped me to become more cognizant of how heavily I was tonguing for sure.
