I have a leather one for Bari which is great. It's styled exactly as the Reunion Blues bag is, with a single zipper. The padding is excellent and it has an outside pocket for storage. I've used it for the better part of five years and never had a problem. Of course, you have to be careful with it. I usually stand it up in the corner instead of laying it down, if I can. I also have a leather one for tenor, which is for sale btw. This design has two zippers and is a "European" design, or so I'm told. It has the same excellent padding and backpack straps. It also has two small padded pockets on either side for mouthpiece, reeds, etc. Pictures can be found at talwarbrothers.com

May I suggest a Gator as an alternative? Either just as light or lighter than a good gig bag and more protective.
