"Soprano: A curved Santoni Fare. It´s the only one I´ve ever seen, and frankly, in most respects it´s not on par with
the great American curved sopranos, like Buescher or Conn (I have a couple of each, and I play them a lot at home),
but I like the timbre and the openness. Guess I´m just used to it.
Mp: a Berg hard rubber that I bought new in 1969, and played ever since, except for some periods with mp´s by Pillinger or Lebayle."
