Hello everyone,
perhaps someone here can help me out. My Conn Transitional alto is missing the G# trill key. I had never noticed it until digging around on saxpics and other sites.
Sure enough, the posts are there on my horn, but the key is just completely missing.
Now I don't really need the G# trill key, but if there is some resource that some of you may know of where I can pick this thing up from, I'd certainly like to look into it.
Thanks for your help,
Mark

Some of the sax restorers have donor horns, instruments that they feel are too far gone to repair, so they raid them for parts. Maybe you can find your missing key that way.

Fewer of them fabricate keys to your order, so you can have the key made at some of the shops. Here are a few I found in a quick web search:

http://www.musical-instrument-repair-shop.com

http://www.saxgourmet.com

http://www.worldwidesax.com

I am sure that there are more. Try TenorMadness, or Gayle Freidenberg, for examples.

Hope this is some help.
