Does anyone know a fingering for G quarter sharp? Fingering G# and adding Tf doesn't work on my horn and lipping down the G# just doesn't seem very effective. Any suggestions?

Try the half-hole fingering: Finger G# normally. In the right hand, place the nail of the index finger on the edge of the F tone hole and then depress the key with the middle finger until it contacts the fingernail. It sounds more cumbersome than it really is. Or, you could try Raaf Hekkema's solution:
