If no one here can give you any assistance, you might try posting over on 'the Trumpet Herald'. Nothing BUT brass players over there.
The guys are knowledgable and pretty nice.

Yep.

I did a search in English, Czech and German and came up empty-handed. Since it was made in "Czechoslovakia" (per photos of stamp on horn) it's post-WWII. And from the looks of its old design, probably 1960s or earlier. It could've been stenciled for a Friedrich Müller music house, but I searched for that and couldn't find anything. My guess is that it was made by an independent brass instrument maker in or about Prague.
