Hey, folks.

I just posted my leadsheet arrangement of the Chanukah hymn Ma'oz Tzur. There are C, Bass Clef, Eb, Bb, and F transpositions.

Download it HERE for free.

Enjoy!

Cool. Always interested in Jazz arrangements of liturgy. Have you checked out Avishai Cohen's Sensitive Hours AKA אבישי כהן שעות רגישות? Awesome stuff. Well, not too thrilled with the pop-ish. But its still better than 99% of the stuff you'll find in the States.

That's a nice arrangement Rick. Thanks very much.

Also, regarding saxyjare01 and Avishai Cohen: I'm not hip to Sensitive Hours myself, but Avishai Cohen is perhaps my favorite living bassist. I have his Gently Disturbed, Aurora, and Continuo CDs, of which I think my favorite is Gently Disturbed. He is very innovative and his groups are always super tight.

Thanks for the Avishai tip. I have several of his albums, but am not familiar with Sensitive Hours. It's hard to find info about this record. Is it also based on liturgical music?
